Angels and Airwaves band leader Tom DeLonge has revealed, via his social networking experiment Modlife, that the band will release their third studio album and long-awaited movie simultaneousy on December 25th.
According to Tom, these releases will be free of charge, and Geffen (their label) doesn’t mind.
This is good news for AVA’s loyal fanbase. Meanwhile, the blink-182 faithful sigh.

I am super excited about the third album, and the movie! I would have no problem paying for both of them, but if they are going to give it away, then that obviously shows that they aren’t doing it JUST for money. They rock, and have a great message! -chris
