The album’s first single, “Readers & Writers”, will be released digitally on September 28th, with an accompanying demo version of harmony-filled album highlight, “(The Night Will) Bring You Back to Life”.

Idlewild will also play the following shows this autumn (support comes from fellow Dave Eringa-produced Scots, The Xcerts):

10 – Manchester, Club Academy
11 – Nottingham, Rescue Rooms
12 – Exeter, Phoenix Centre
13 – Colchester, Arts Centre
15 – Southsea, Wedgwood Rooms
