The third Scottish Mental Health Arts & Film Festival kicks off tommorow night with a concert at Glasgow’s Old Fruitmaket, featuring a rather fine line-up of Karine Polwart, former Delgado Emma Pollock, Alasdair Roberts, and a joint performance from James Yorkston and Adrian Crowley performing the songs of Daniel Johnston.
This is the first of two Music Like a Vitamin concerts which will take place during the month of October. The second is at Edinburgh’s Picture House on October 21st, with an indietastic line-up of Frightened Rabbit, Idlewild guitarist Rod Jones, Attic Lights and Teenage Fanclub’s Norman Blake performing with Euro Childs.
