Behind a piano, at the surreal crossroads where music and comedy meet, there sits a wild-haired Australian eccentric, whose fusion of stand-up comedy and music has set him firmly on the road to superstardom. Yup, you guessed it, it’s the unstoppable Tim Minchin. Exercising our powers of persuasion, we managed to secure a sitdown with Tim shortly before his sold-out Glasgow show.
So click that tempting little ‘Play’ button below for ten minutes of Minchin’s reflections on his career thus far, his creative process, and why Edinburgh hecklers can’t quite match their Glaswegian cousins. Minchin is on tour in the UK until the end of October – make sure you head down and check him out when he passes through your city!

Great interview, thanks for sharing!!!!
He was right in saying that you were asking good questions, I’m only glad it wasn’t me who’d have to answer them right enough! Great having the opportunity to interview such a fine talent as his. Well done!!!!
I love Tim Minchin. I went to see that show, and really enjoyed myself! And I like that you asked him about his zombie getaway plan. =)
